By signing, I agree to the terms of this contract. Vendor fees are non-refundable. West Street Association shall not be liable for damages to, or for the loss, or destruction of the vendors property. West Street Association shall not be liable for injuries or loss of life to the vendor, his/her representives or employees. Liabilty insurance is required by the vendor. Tents must be secured without the use of stacks. Vendors selling items are required to have a Maryland Sales and Use Tax License.
